The relator, Director of Highways of the state of Ohio, filed a petition in this court asking that a writ of mandamus issue against respondent, Gilbert Shaver, Recorder of Hamilton County, Ohio, requiring the recorder to accept and record certain instruments granting easements to the state of Ohio, and more particularly one from the employees of the General Electric Company, designated hereafter as Exhibit I.
