Employers Insurance of Wausau appeals from the district court’s judgment holding Employers hable under an errors and omissions insurance policy issued to the Bodi-Wachs Aviation Insurance Agency, 846 F.Supp. 677. Because we find that the district court properly interpreted the terms of the policy, we affirm.
