L It is objected that the complaint fails to state *158a cause of action because it fails to state anything by way of inducement to show the meaning of the alleged slanderous words. It seems to be claimed that it should be stated in the complaint that one Michael Nehill was killed, and that in a conversation of and concerning the killing of said Nehill, the defendant spoke the words complained of.
