Plaintiff-appellant, Thirty Four Corporation (“34 Corp.”), brings this appeal from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas. Defendantappellee, Sixty Seven Corporation (“67 Corp.”), cross-appeals. This matter has been before this court on two prior occasions and has been once before the Supreme Court of Ohio. Given the long history of this case, the facts have largely been established in prior court decisions.
