This case originated in the Probate Court of Dunklin County upon exceptions therein filed to the final settlement of the executors of the will of W.F. Shelton, Jr., deceased. The exceptions were filed by the beneficiaries of the trusts created by the will, who are the widow and heirs of said Shelton, and who will herein be referred to as exceptors. The defendants are the executors and testamentary trustees named in said will. We shall refer to them as the executors. The probate court overruled all the exceptions and the exceptors appealed to the circuit court of said county. That court…
