VANDE WALLE, Justice.

Daniel Planz and Rodney E. Baker appeal from separate judgments of conviction in the district court of Stutsman County. The appeals were consolidated for presentation to this court. The defendants were convicted of possession of marijuana under N.D. C.C. Section 19-08.1-23(3) and in this appeal assert that certain evidence used in their convictions was obtained by the police illegally. We affirm.
