Albert B. Traeder died testate, a resident of Sac County, in October 1949. He was survived by Mildred L. Traeder, his wife by a second marriage, and one child, Patricia Traeder Barnhouse, appellant.
His will was dated October 10, 1949. It contained the usual provisions with reference to payment of debts, and left a bequest of $1000 in tbe form of a trust fund in favor of Odebolt Methodist Church. With the exception of the property referred to hereinafter, he left the remainder of his property to his surviving widow.
