MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter came on for hearing on January 26, 1983, upon the First Amended Application of Walter E. Heller & Co. for an Order Directing Payment by Trustee of Attorney Fees, Interest, and Other Expenses, and on the Trustee’s and Creditors’ Committee’s Objections to said Application. Walter E.
