OPINION
Before PERRIS, MOOREMAN and RUSSELL, Bankruptcy Judges. PERRIS, Bankruptcy Judge.. Appellant/debtor-in-possession, Sierra Steel, Inc. (“debtor”) filed an adversary proceeding against appellee Totten Tubes, Inc. (“Totten”) seeking to recover a transfer under 11 U.S.C. § 547. 1 After trial, the bankruptcy court concluded that the transfer could not be avoided under section 547 because the debtor was solvent at the time of the transfer. We affirm.
