MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
GREGG COSTA, Circuit Judge.*
After an eight day trial in this patent infringement case, the jury returned a verdict finding that Plaintiff RLIS’s patents were both invalid and not infringed. RLIS now moves for a new trial (Docket Entry No. 242). RLIS raises five issues, *965many of which the Court addressed in oral rulings at trial, and none of which persuade the Court that a new trial should be granted.
