The plaintiff, Della Waldrop, obtained an aribtration award against the defendant, Vincent Marshall Rodery. The defendant contends that the circuit judge erred in adding interest and taxable costs to the judgment entered on the award. We affirm.
The plaintiff commenced this action (Wayne County Circuit Court Case No. 107769) against the defendant claiming that she was injured through the negligence of the defendant when the automobiles they were driving collided.
