*1235Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Niagara County (Ralph A. Boniello, III, J.), entered January 23, 2006 in a personal injury action. The order, among other things, denied the motion of defendant Board of Education, City of Lockport School District, for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and all cross claims against it.
