—Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Karla Moskowitz, J.), entered October 5, 1993, which denied plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment, unanimously reversed, on the law, without costs, the motion granted, and the assignment of condemnation proceeds to defendant declared invalid. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment in favor of plaintiffs against defendant in the amount of $1,363,280, plus interest from May 4, 1989.
