The plaintiff in error was convicted in the superior *115court of Fulton county of the offence of murder, and be moved the court for a new trial upon tbe several grounds contained in bis motion, which was refused by tbe court, and be excepted.
The general grounds, as to tbe verdict being contrary to law and tbe evidence and without evidence to support it, seem to us untenable. Tbe evidence introduced by tbe State showed very clearly, as will appear by tbe record, that this was a case of murder.
