Raymond G. and Peggy Ann Troutman, the debtors herein, filed a petition for relief under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978 (“THE CODE”), 11 U.S.C. Section 1301 et seq., with this court on December 19,1980. Their plan provides for the payment in full of debts owed to three secured creditors over . a period of three years. They have no unsecured debt by reason of the fact that on September 18, 1980, three months before they filed this petition, this court granted the debtors a discharge under Chapter 7 of the Code, 11 U.S.C.
