GREMILLION, Judge.

The plaintiff/appellant, John Billiot, appeals the summary judgment granted in favor of defendant/ appellee, Dale Angelle. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

*107FACTS

Mr. Billiot alleged in his petition for damages that he entered into a lease with Mr. Angelle of barn stalls for the purpose of housing a horse. As further alleged, the barn caught fire on February 7, 2014; during this fire, Mr. Billiot’s horse was killed. He also lost equipment, supplies, and medicine.
