Claimant, Peggy Anthis, appeals from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict upholding a decision of the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals.

On June 11, 1970, claimant was injured during the course of her employment when a ladder fell upon her as she was preparing to thin some pears. A claim was filed with the Department of Labor and Industries and after authorized treatment it was closed on March 22, 1971. Due to aggravation, the claim was reopened and again closed on November 11, 1971, with an award for permanent partial disability of 10 percent of the maximum allowable for unspecified…
