The appeal brings for review decree of the Chancellor insofar as the decree provides:

“3. That the plaintiff is not entitled to the relief prayed for in the bill of complaint as against the lands described in Tax Sale Certificate No. 86, situate, lying and being in the County of DeSoto and State of Florida, to-wit: South Half (Sj4) of Southeast Quarter (SEj4) of Southwest Quarter (SW%) of Section 27, Township 37 South, Range 24 East, and that the bill of complaint be and the same is hereby dismissed as to said lands and the lis pendens filed in this cause as to said lands be and…
