Many grounds for reversal are urged, but the determination of but one of them will dispose of the case. Plaintiff in error claims that'the defendant corporation made a common law dedication of the property in question to the public use; that this dedication was accepted by the public, and the defendant company is estopped from denying the dedication for the reason that it has received the fruits and benefits thereof, and upon this proposition his case must stand or fall.
