{¶ 1} In this case, we are asked to determine whether the testimonial, out-of-court statements of an alleged accomplice who is not testifying at a defendant’s trial may be admitted through the testimony of an investigating officer for the purpose of explaining the officer’s conduct during the course of an investigation.
