The sole question presented by this appeal from the judgment is whether the sum of $20,000 damages awarded by the jury is excessive.
Plaintiff and respondent, married and the father of two children, was a fireman employed by defendant and appellant railroad company. He was injured on December 18, 1946, at Lund, Utah.
