MEMORANDUM OPINION
The above captioned matter came on to be heard on April 21, April 26, and May 24,1978, after which the court orally rendered its Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law. The court found that the defendant had been unjustly enriched and thus awarded the plaintiff $1,200, costs of the action, and $400 in attorney’s fees. As a result, the court requested counsel for plaintiff to submit a proposed judgment consistent therewith.
