Before the Court is the Motion of the United States Trustee (the “UST”) for Hearing to Determine Trustee Conflict of Interest (the “Motion”). The Motion seeks to disqualify Larry Waslow (“Waslow”), the permanent trustee elected by creditors pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 702. The record of this Motion consists of the parties’ Stipulation of Facts (the “Stipulation”) and the testimony and documents presented at the hearing on the Motion.
