Janice A. Livingston-Rivard (“Defendant”) appeals from her conviction of one count of financial exploitation of the elderly. Defendant argues that there was insufficient evidence to support her conviction and that the trial court erred in overruling three hearsay objections De fendant made at trial. Defendant’s claims are without merit, and her conviction and sentence are affirmed.
