Matador Production Company (Matador) is engaged in the business of drilling for and producing oil and natural gas. In 2006, Matador drilled a natural gas well designated by it as the Cindy Gas Unit No. 3, Woodlawn (Cotton Valley) Field, API No. 42-203-33549, situated in the H. Martin Survey, Abstract No. 431 of Harrison County (Cindy # 3).
