This is an appeal from an interlocutory order appointing a receiver. The action was brought by the appellee to recover a debt alleged to be due by the appellant woolen mills company, also to set aside as fraudulent a trust deed given by said company to its co-appellant Harry L. Arnold, and to appoint a receiver to take possession of the property *280of said company, and sell the same, and apply the proceeds in payment of the debts due appellee and the other creditors of said company.
