— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Linakis, J.), rendered December 12, 1985, convicting him of robbery in the first degree (four counts), robbery in the second degree *422(two counts) and menacing (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Contrary to the defendant’s contentions, the trial court’s decision to permit the complainant to testify in his Navy uniform did not serve to deprive him of a fair trial (see, People v Lloyd, 141 AD2d 671).
