SKOPIL, Circuit Judge:

M.M. Cassim is a Medicare.participating physician. He argues that as a matter of due process he is entitled to a full eviden-tiary hearing before the Secretary of Health and Human Services can suspend him from Medicare and publish notice of his suspension in a local newspaper. The district court denied Cassim’s motion for a preliminary injunction. We affirm.
