Lamothe v. Zoning Board of Review

This petition for a writ of certiorari was brought to review the decision of the respondent board granting an appeal from the issuance by the building inspector of a permit to extend a nonconforming use in a residential zone. Pursuant to the writ the respondent board has certified to this court the pertinent records of its meetings and decision.
