Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered September 10, 1976, convicting him of attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon his guilty plea, and imposing sentence. This appeal brings up for review an order of the same court, dated April 1, 1976, which, after a hearing, denied defendant’s motion to suppress evidence. Judgment and order affirmed.
