STANLEY, Commissioner.
The petition for a writ of habeas corpus sought release from custody of the chief of police and jailer of Newport by whom the petitioner, George Grabel, was held under a warrant of extradition issued by the Governor of Kentucky upon the requisition of the Governor of Indiana. The charge is graiid larceny committed in Lawrence County, Indiana.
