ON MOTION FOR REHEARING.

HAWKINS, Judge.

We desire to supplement what was said in the opinion of affirmance regarding the facts with the following. In giving the substance of Barge’s testimony we inadvertently made it appear that Barge claimed to have been hit with a shotgun by someone before Willis Murphy shot him with a pistol. Barge testified that Willis Murphy struck him on the head, causing blood to flow in his eyes which rendered him unable to see; that he tried to get away and about the time he got to the swinging door leading out of the office Willis Murphy shot him with a pistol; that…
