The question requiring the consideration of this court is whether the finding and order of the Public Utilities Commission are unlawful or unreasonable either for want of any evidence to support them or because they are against the weight of the evidence.

Under the provisions of Section 614-3, G-eneral Code, the commission is authorized “to promulgate and enforce all orders relating to the protection, welfare and safety of railroad employees and the traveling public.” Acting pursuant to this authority the commission found that the practice of the railroad company in permitting its yardmasters…
