The matters before the Court are three separate unopposed motions to avoid judicial liens (collectively, the “Motions”) filed by the Debtor Michael J. Derocha, which fail to comply with the requirements of Bankruptcy Code § 522(f)(2)(A) and (B)1 and this Court’s corresponding Local Rule 4003-2.
