Error to the Oyer and Terminer of Montour county. This was an indictment charging William John Clark and Mary Twiggs with the murder of Catharine Ann Clark, the wife of plaintiff in error. The plaintiff in error, William John Clark, having been convicted and sentenced for murder in the first degree, in the Court of Oyer and Terminer of Montour county, removes the record into this court,'and assigns four several errors, which are to he considered in order.
