After a jury trial, Roger Reinert was convicted of aggravated assault (family violence), aggravated battery (family violence), and battery (family violence). On November 5, 2010, the trial court entered final disposition in the case, sentencing Reinert to 20 years on the aggravated assault count, 20 years on the aggravated battery count, and 12 months on the battery count.
