MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

KRAM, District Judge.

Plaintiffs, who represent a class consisting of all persons who are or will be confined at Bedford Hills Correctional Facility (“Bedford Hills”) during the pendency of this ease, bring this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, claiming that the dental care provided at Bedford Hills violates their rights under the Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution.
