McAnany, J.:

Patricia Gustin was employed by Payless Shoe-Source. For 10 years her job involved packing and decasing boxes of shoes. On the day of the accident she was sent to the receiving department to help unload a trailer. In the course of unloading the trailer Gustin fell, resulting in injuries to her back and leg. She was paid temporary total disability benefits, after which she returned to light duty work. Two months after Gustin’s fall, Payless closed its facility and Gustin was laid off. She has not worked since she left Payless.
