This matter is before the Court on defendant’s, Just Corporate Travel’s, motion to dismiss for lack of diversity jurisdiction or, in the alternative, transfer of venue to the Northern District of California [# 16], Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(C), the parties consented to proceed before a United States Magistrate Judge for all purposes.
