OPINION

SANDEE BRYAN MARION, Justice.

In these consolidated proceedings, Security Service Federal Credit Union (“SSFCU”) complains of the trial court’s failure to compel arbitration of claims brought against it by several accounthold-ers. Because we conclude the trial court should have compelled arbitration under an arbitration agreement governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), 2 we conditionally grant mandamus relief and dismiss the related appeal as moot.
