— Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Irving Lang, J., at hearing, plea and sentence), rendered April 29, 1987, which convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and sentenced him to a prison term of 2 to 4 years, reversed, on the law, the motion to suppress granted, and the indictment dismissed.
