Claimant William T. Zander appeals the order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board which affirmed a referee’s order denying claimant benefits under the Workmen’s Compensation Act.1

In May, 1974, the claimant injured his back (first injury) in ¡the course of his employment with Warring-ton Equipment Company. The claimant received compensation for the resulting disability (first disability) until he returned to work in November, 1974.
