Jorge Sanchez Gonzalez was convicted by a juiy of one count of premeditated first-degree murder in violation of K.S.A. 21~3401(a), one count of attempted first-degree murder in violation of K.S.A. 21-3301 and K.S.A. 21-3401(a), and one count of discharging a firearm at an occupied vehicle in violation of K.S.A. 2005 Supp. 21-4219, for eximes committed in August 1997. In his appeal pursuant to K.S.A. 22-3601(b)(l), he raises six ex-rors.
