The question presented is whether the trial court abused its discretion in failing to appoint a receiver.

From the record it appears that none of the principal has been paid and that respondents are in default in interest in the sum of $1,089.44. They had committed waste up to the time this suit was begun to the extent of $973.74 by failing to pay taxes and taxes have been accumulating.
