Appellees Francisco D. Herrera and Felix Benavides secured a judgment, rendered on a jury’s verdict, decreeing their recovery of damages sustained when the automobile they occupied was impacted by an automobile operated by Ruth Golleher after her automobile was struck by one driven by Andrea Rangel Mesa.
