Geno L. Hawkins, Sr. v. Julie L. Jones, etc.

This case is before the Court on the petition of Geno L. Hawkins, Sr., for a writ of habeas corpus. 1 His petition is the thirteenth extraordinary writ petition he has filed with this Court since 2012. We dismissed Hawkins’ petition in this case and expressly retained jurisdiction to pursue any possible sanctions against him based upon the volume and repetitive nature of his frivolous and inappropriate filings.
