This matter comes before the Court on Petitioner’s motion for review of the Special Master’s decision denying her claim that the human papillomavirus (“HPV”) vaccine Gar-dasil caused her daughter, Christina, to develop a cardiac arrhythmia that worsened with each vaccine and ultimately caused Christina to die of cardiac arrest at age 21. The Special Master found that Petitioner failed to establish causation by preponderant evidence, identifying the shortcomings in Petitioner’s case as follows:
