Affirming.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Leslie Circuit Court. Appellants, Joe Creech and Bitter Creech, conveyed the property here involved to the ap-pellee, H. C. Jenkins, on September 12, 1934, by deed containing a covenant of general warranty. This snit was filed by the appellee in September, 1935, asking for a return of the purchase money and that the deed be canceled on the ground of fraud.

It appears that appellee loaned a thousand dollars to the appellants and took their note secured by a mortgage on a piece of property in Harlan…
