This matter is before the Court on motions filed by Plaintiff, Summer Crump, *696seeking attorney’s fees, ECF No. 340, and seeking supplemental attorney’s fees, ECF No. 372. Such motions are filed pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 794a(b), and are predicated on Plaintiffs success in obtaining a jury verdict in her favor and the Court’s subsequent grant of back pay.
