The plaintiff, as a judgment creditor of one Elisha W. Hydorn, brought this action against the judgment debtor and his son and son’s wife, with others, for the purpose of setting aside certain conveyances and transfers of real estate, made on the 27th day of July, 1885, and a few months before the recovery of the judgment by the father to the son, and through the son to his wife, the defendant Hattie W.
